• • All cancellation should be made in writing and sent to conference Secretariat email.
• • Cancellations received till 1^st June 2025 will be entitled for only 75% refund of the registration amount paid.
• • Cancellations received till 31^st August 2025 will be entitled for only 50% refund of the registration amount paid.
• • No refund for cancellation made after 1^st September 2025.
• • The refund process will begin only 30 days after the completion of the conference.
• • Please send duly filled Registration form along with Cheque or DD in favour of “ISGCON 2025” payable at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Registration Terms and Conditions

• • Registration will be confirmed only after receipt of the full payment and will be based on the date of receipt of the payment.
• • Registration above 70+ years is complimentary however registration is mandatory.
• • GST @18% is included in the registration fees.
• • Banquet Dinner is Chargeable.
• • Payment can be made through credit/debit card, wire transfer and UPI transfer.
• • 3% Bank charges is applicable on the payment through credit/ debit card.
• • The actual debit account is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
• • Registration for Banquet is only available with conference registration.

BO Clause

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
